Memberships

1. Membership Eligibility

• Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
• By signing up, members agree to abide by community guidelines.
• The organisation reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate membership at its discretion.

2. Membership Benefits

• Benefits vary by membership tier and are subject to change.
• Free/discounted event access applies only within the specified tier limits.
• The organisation reserves the right to modify or discontinue benefits at any time.
• Blossom (£10/month) members will receive varying discounts each month, which are subject to change.

3. Payments, Renewals & Cancellations

• Membership fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable.
• Memberships are auto-renewed every month unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• Members may cancel at any time, but benefits will continue until the end of the paid period.
• Failure to make payments may result in immediate suspension or termination.

4. Events, Booking & Workshop Access

1. VIP members receive free event access up to £35 per month. Any additional costs must be covered by the member.
2. All event and workshop places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Members receive Early Bird Access up to 6 hours before the event goes out to the public.
3. A member’s place in a workshop/event is not 100% confirmed until they receive a booking confirmation.
4. Event access is subject to availability, and the organisation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events without liability.

5. Community & Conduct

1. Members must engage respectfully within the community.
2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate termination without a refund.
3. Members attending team meetings must maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

6. Changes to Membership Terms

• The organisation reserves the right to modify membership benefits, fees, or terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated in advance to members.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• The organisation is not liable for financial losses or personal damages resulting from participation.
• Events, workshops, and perks are provided as available; the organisation is not responsible for cancellations, changes, or unavailability.
• Members participate in activities at their own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

• All materials, workshops, newsletters, and event content remain the exclusive property of the organisation.
• Members may not reproduce, share, or resell materials without written permission.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

• Member information will be stored and processed in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
• The organisation will never sell or share personal data with third parties without consent.
• By signing up, members agree to receive communication regarding their membership (e.g., newsletters, event invites).

10. Governing Law & Disputes

• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.
